2015-43 2015-43 Resolution Authorizing Return Of Escrow Deposited To Insure Proper Grading For 16 Peter Drive At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 12, 2015. WHEREAS, on or about October 18, 2012, Joseph M. Capogrosso posted Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) to be held in escrow with the Town of Wappinger to insure proper grading of disturbed areas for premises located at 16 Peter Drive; and WHEREAS, Code Enforcement Officer, Susan Dao has confirmed that the work for which the escrow was established has been satisfactorily completed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. The Town Board hereby authorizes a refund of escrow in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) to Joseph M. Capogrosso.
