COMMENTS - Current Meeting:
Supervisor Gutzler addressed the Association of Towns by-laws and the appointing of delegate
and alternate. She asked for a motion for Councilman Bettina to be the delegate and Councilman
Beale to be the alternate. A motion and vote followed for the town clerk to certify the appointees.

COMMENTS - Current Meeting:
Councilman Kuzmicz welcomed Steve Frazier as the newly created position of Director and
Buildings and Grounds. Mr. Frazier thanked the board for establishing the new position. He
asked to reestablish the accounts with vendors such as auto parts, Sam's club and others.

Councilman Beale asked for such correspondence on these vendors and asked for list of vendors.
He made a motion to visit with Town Accountant Fredrick Awino and reestablish accounts. The
motion passed.
Councilman Kuzmicz asked about change order for the Martz Field pavilion. Engineer Gray
said he hasn't prepared it because recreation hasn't met yet. He also mentioned minor repairs at
the highway garage to get the trucks back on line. Additionally, he pointed out different block
uses that would be better suited to clean graffiti.

COMMENTS - Current Meeting:
Supervisor will send a thank you letter to Victor Fanuele and welcome letter to John Fenton as
the new member of the planning board starting on January 21st...
Councilman Beale also moved to un -table the Historian and Junior Historian appointments.

COMMENTS - Current Meeting:
Councilman Beale asked to establish a committee to "spec -out" the potential new Code
Enforcement vehicles and asked to lead that committee. Councilman Bettina asked to co-chair
that committee. Councilman Beale explained that the purpose of the committee was to explore
options to bring back recommendation. Councilman Kuzmicz motioned to approve this
committee.
