Stephen E.Diamond* Please be advised that the above referenced proceeding is a tax certiorari
matter for the years 2013 and 2014. This involves a single parcel of
improved property located at 1094 Route 9. The property was assessed at
Joan F.Garrett- $1,185,000 in 2013 and $1,120,000 for 2014. We have agreed upon a
Kevin T.McDermott reduction of$124,000 to $1,061,000 for 2013 and of$71,000 to $1,049,000.
The property consists of a trailer park known as Birchwood Mobile Home
James P.Horan"* Park. It was the subject of sale on September 19, 2012 for $725,500. That
Marina V.O'Neill price was exclusive of the individual units. One of the units was lost to a fire
Melissa A.Manna-Williams before the two applicable valuations. With the current equalization rate at
100%this settlement reflects fair market value.
