Resolution Accepting Resignation Of Patricia Maupin As Receiver Of Taxes
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,New York, held
at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,New York, on April 27,2015.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being called,the
following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Bettina and seconded by Councilman -
Kuzmicz.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2015-38, Patricia Maupin was reappointed to the position of Receiver of
Taxes through December 31, 2015; and
WHEREAS, Patricia Maupin has submitted her resignation and notice of retirement.as Receiver of
Taxes effective May 1, 2015; and
WHEREAS, Patricia Maupin has performed the duties of Receiver of Taxes with great distinction and
dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted
herein.
2. The Town Board acknowledges and regretfully accepts the resignation and notice of retirement
of Patricia Maupin as the Town's Receiver of Taxes.
3. The Town Board acknowledges that Patricia Maupin has served as Receiver of Taxes with great
distinction and dedication and wishes her many years of happiness in retirement and commends her for her
devoted years of service.
The Town Board requests the Town Supervisor to send a letter formally acknowledging Patricia Maupin's
resignation and notice of retirement and her many years of distinguished service to the Town.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
