Resolution Authorizing Return Of Variance Application Fee
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,New York, on July 13,
2015.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called,the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Ciccarelli.
WHEREAS,Adolfo Trevono, Jr. and Katia Figueroa(Applicants),residing at 1 Peel
Lane in the Town of Wappinger paid Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) in connection with
an application for a variance for a pool; and
WHEREAS, the application for a variance was never placed on the Zoning Board of
Appeals agenda and the Applicants changed their mind regarding their request for a variance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes the return of the variance application fee to
Adolfo Trevino, Jr. and Katia Figueroa in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00)
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
