WHEREAS,the funds budgeted for the repair of vehicles in the Highway Department has been depleted; and WHEREAS, it is anticipated that additional vehicle repairs will be needed throughout the remainder of this calendar year and,therefore, it will be necessary for additional funds to be transferred into the account for the repair of Highway Department vehicles. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2.
