Resolution Authorizing Payments For Sgt. Mark C. Palmateer 9/11 Memorial Park
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,New York, held
at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,New York, on September 14,2015.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Councilman Kuzmicz.
WHEREAS, the Sergeant Mark C. Palmateer 9/11 Memorial Park, honoring all those who lost their lives on
September 11, 2001 and the days following, including Sergeant Palmateer, is located on the corner of Old
Hopewell Road and Old Route 9 North in the Town of Wappinger;
WHEREAS, a committee has been active in fundraising through events and donations;
WHEREAS, the funds raised are maintained by the Town of Wappinger in a T-84 account;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following payments be made from funds raised for the Sgt.
Mark C. Palmateer 9/11 Memorial Park funds located in Account T-84 "Sgt. Mark C. Palmateer Memorial
Fund" :
