Resolution Awarding Bid For Drywall Repair At Carnwath
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall,20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,New York, on
September 29, 2015.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called,the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Ciccarelli and seconded by
Councilman Kuzmicz.
WHEREAS, Steve Frazier, Town of Wappinger Supervisor of Buildings&Grounds solicited
written quotes for drywall repair at Carnwath due to water damage pursuant to the Town's Procurement
Policy; and
WHEREAS,the following bid quotes were received:
Company Total
Lynch Carpentry $5,645.00
Frank Contelmo Drywall $5,425.00
WHEREAS,by email dated September 14,2015 from Steve Frazier, it has been determined that
the lowest responsible bid quote is from Frank Contelmo Drywall with a bid quote in the amount of
$5,425.00.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town of Wappinger hereby awards the bid for the drywall repair to Frank Contelmo
Drywall in the bid amount of$5,425.00.
3. The cost of the drywall repair is to be funded from the insurance settlement.
The Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor of Buildings&Grounds and the Supervisor to prepare
a voucher for payment to Frank Contelmo Drywall and further authorizes the Supervisor of Buildings &
Grounds to notify Frank Contelmo Drywall to proceed with the work in accordance with the bid quote.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
