Resolution Authorizing Re-Levy Of Unpaid 2015 Water & Sewer Charges
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,New York, on October
13, 2015.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Czarniecki and seconded by
Councilman Kuzmicz.
WHEREAS, the last day for payments to be made at Town Hall for unpaid water/sewer
accounts is November 13, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
Susan Randall, Water/Sewer Billing Clerk of the Town of Wappinger is hereby authorized to
forward all unpaid water/sewer accounts to the Dutchess County Department of Real Property
Tax on or before November 18, 2015,to be re-levied upon the 2016 County Land Tax bills.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
