Resolution Awarding Bid For Repairs To The Town Hall Boilers
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held
at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on September 26, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the
following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Ciccarelli and seconded by Councilman
Fenton.
WHEREAS,Town of Wappinger Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds, Steven Frazier, solicited proposals,
pursuant to the Town's Procurement Policy, for repairs to the Town Hall Boilers; and
WHEREAS,the following proposals were received:
Company Proposal
Armistead Mechanical Services, Inc.,Newburgh,NY S 6,950.00
Altren Energy, LLC,Ulster Park,NY S 7,450.00
WHEREAS,by email dated September 13, 2016, Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds, Steven Frazier, has
determined and recommended that the lowest responsible proposal is from Armistead Mechanical Services, Inc. with a
proposal in the amount of$6,950.00.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
I. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby awards the bid for the repairs to the Town Hall Boilers to Armistead Mechanical
Services, Inc.,Newburgh,NY in the amount of$6,950.00.
The Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds and the Supervisor to the Town to prepare a
voucher for payment to Armistead Mechanical Services, Inc. and further authorizes the Supervisor of Buildings and
Grounds, Steven Frazier, to notify Armistead Mechanical Services, Inc. to proceed with the work in accordance with the
received proposal.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
