Resolution Appointing Recreation Committee Member
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on November 14, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by Councilman
Beale.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Recreation Committee consists of eight (8) members; and
WHEREAS, the recent resignation of Robert Buyakowski has caused a vacancy on the
Recreation Committee; and
WHEREAS, Ralph Holt, Recreation Committee Chairman, on behalf of the Recreation
Committee, has made a request to the Town Board to appoint a new member to the Recreation
Committee to fill the vacancy due to Robert Buyakowski's resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board, with the recommendation of Ralph Holt, Recreation Committee Chairman and
the Recreation Committee, hereby appoints Randy Ross to the Recreation Committee to fill the
unexpired term of Robert Buyakowski, which term ends December 31, 2017.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
