Resolution Authorizing An Autistic Child Area Sign To Be Placed At 30 Smith Crossing
Road
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on October
11, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, Dawnmarie Nasi, who live at 30 Smith Crossing Road, has an autistic child; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Nasi has sent to the Town Board an email dated September 29, 2016,
requesting an Autistic Child Area sign be placed on their property to increase the community's
awareness.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
The Town Board hereby authorizes an Autistic Child Area sign to be placed at 30 Smith
Crossing Road.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
