Resolution Acknowledging Appointment Of Deputy Town Clerk
At a Reorganization Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 4, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by Councilman
Fenton.
WHEREAS,the Town Clerk is authorized to appoint a Deputy Town Clerk; and
WHEREAS, Joseph P. Paoloni, Town Clerk of the Town of Wappinger, has elected to appoint Grace
Robinson as his Deputy Town Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board acknowledges the appointment of Grace Robinson as Deputy Town
Clerk by Joseph P. Paoloni, Town Clerk of the Town of Wappinger.
The Town Board hereby establishes the salary of the Deputy Town Clerk as set forth in the adopted
2016 budget effective January 1, 2016 to be paid in 52 weekly installments retroactive to and
commencing on January 1, 2016, and in accordance with the Union Contract with the International
Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 445, as the same may be in effect in calendar year 2016.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
