Resolution Appointing A Part-Time Temporary Tax Collector For The Receiver Of Taxes
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on September 12, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called,

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by Councilman
Fenton.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-69, adopted by the Town Board on January 25, 2016, the
Town Board created the position of Part-Time Temporary Tax Collector to work under the supervision
of the Receiver of Taxes and confirmed the appointment of Sarah Freno to the position; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to reappointment Sarah Freno to the position of Part-Time
Temporary Tax Collector for the Receiver of Taxes effective for the period September 12, 2016 through
November 2, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby reappointments Sarah Freno to the position of Part-Time
Temporary Tax Collector effective for the period September 12, 2016 through November 2, 2016.
3. Sarah Freno shall work a maximum of 17.5 hours per week and shall be paid at the rate
of$13.50 per hour, effective immediately.
4. The salary shall be paid from budget line A1330.102.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
