Resolution Employing Engineering Services
At a Reorganization Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on
January 4, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Ciccarelli and seconded by
Councilman Kuzmicz.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Robert Gray of Morris Associates, be, and hereby is appointed up to a
period of 90 days subject to RFP for the purposes of employed and retained for the purpose of
furnishing to the Town Board and the Town's departments and agencies such professional
engineering advice and services as may be required by the Town, its departments and agencies,
from time to time, up to the 90 period.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
