Resolution Designating An Insurance Agent For The Town Of Wappinger
At a Reorganization Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on
January 4, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Fenton.
BE IT RESOLVED,that Peter Carr, with offices at Marshall and Sterling, a general insurance agency,
licensed to do business in the State of New York, be, and is hereby appointed for up to a period of 90
days subject to RFP as the Insurance Agent for the Town of Wappinger for up to the 90 day period, and
for the further purposes of providing such insurance consulting services as may be needed by the Town
Board, from time to time hereafter, up to the 90 day period.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
