Resolution Employing A Municipal Financial Advisor
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
25, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, the Town Board seeks to employ a Municipal Financial Advisor to provide
the Town with various financial advisory services during calendar year 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
The Town Board hereby employs Noah Nadelson, CIPMA of Munistat Services, Inc., with
offices at 12 Roosevelt Avenue, Port Jefferson Station, New York 11776, as the Municipal
Financial Advisor for the Town of Wappinger for calendar year 2016, for the purpose of
providing the Town with various financial advisory services as may be needed by the Town
Board, from time to time hereafter, in accordance with Munistat's proposal to the Town of
Wappinger dated January 12, 2016, and as it may be further negotiated.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
