Resolution Confirming Appointment Of Part-Time Temporary Tax Collector For The Receiver
Of Taxes
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 25, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Ciccarelli and seconded by
Councilman Kuzmicz.
WHEREAS, the Town Board has created the position of Part-Time Temporary Tax Collector to
work under the supervision of the Receiver of Taxes; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to confirm the appointment of Sarah Freno to the position
of Part-Time Temporary Tax Collector for the Receiver of Taxes effective for the period January 19,
2016 through March 4, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby confirms the appointment of Sarah Freno to the position of Part-
Tine Temporary Tax Collector effective for the period January 19, 2016 through March 4, 2016.
Sarah Freno shall work a maximum of 17.5 hours per week and shall be paid at the rate of$13.50 per
hour, retroactive from January 19, 2016.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
