Resolution Accepting Resignation Of Marilyn Maldonado As Part-Time Data Entry Clerk
For The Building Department
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
25, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Jiava and seconded by
Councilman Ciccarelli.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2016-51 adopted by the Town Board on January 4, 2016,
Marilyn Maldonado was appointed to the position of Part-Time Data Entry Clerk for the
Building Department; and
WHEREAS, Marilyn Maldonado has submitted her resignation effective January 29,
2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
The Town Board hereby acknowledges and accepts the resignation of Marilyn Maldonado as
Part-Time Data Entry Clerk for the Building Department effective January 29, 2016, thanks her
for her service to the Town and wishes her all the best in her future endeavors.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
