Resolution Appointing Part-Time Data Entry Clerk For The Building Department
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
25, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Ciccarelli and seconded by
Councilman Fenton.
WHEREAS, Marilyn Maldonado has submitted her resignation as Part- Time Data Entry
Clerk for the Building Department effective January 29, 2016 causing a vacancy for said
position; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to fill the vacancy in the position of Part-Time
Data Entry Clerk for the Building Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby appoints Mary McGeary to the position of Part-Time
Data Entry Clerk for the Building Department effective February 1, 2016.
Mary McGeary shall work a maximum of 17.5 hours per week and shall be paid at the rate of
$13.50 per hour.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
