Resolution To Authorize The Naming Of Private Roads Located Within The Obercreek Farm
Subdivision
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held
at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on May 23, 2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Councilman Kuzmicz.
WHEREAS, in order to comply with the Dutchess County Enhanced 9-1-1 Response Program, the
Town must name public and private roads within the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant for the Obercreek Farm Subdivision has requested that the private roads
located within the Obercreek Farm Subdivision, be named Farmers Crossing, North Farm Lane and Obercreek
Way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted
herein.
2. The Town Board hereby names the above-described private roads located in the Obercreek Farm
Subdivision to Farmers Crossing, North Farm Lane and Obercreek Way in accordance with the Memorandum
dated May 15, 2016 from Mark Liebermann, Fire Inspector to Hon. Lori A. Jiava, Supervisor and the Town
Board Members, which names have been approved by James Tompkins of the Dutchess County E-911
Addressing Unit in accordance with his letter dated May 5, 2016.
3. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Dutchess County Enhanced 9-1-1 program of
said road names.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
