Resolution Approving Addendum #1 to Collective Bargaining Agreement with Teamsters Local

At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 9, 2017.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called,

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Councilman
Ciccarelli.
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger is party to a Collective Bargaining
Agreement with Teamsters Local 445 with effective dates January 1, 2014 - December 31, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the Town Payroll Clerk is a member of the bargaining unit covered by the
Collective Bargaining Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board and Teamsters Local 445 wish to enter into Addendum 41 to the
Collective Bargaining Agreement with respect to payment of a stipend to the current Town Payroll
Clerk based on that employee performing additional duties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board approves Addendum 41 to
Collective Bargaining Agreement in the form attached to this Resolution; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is authorized to execute the
Addendum on behalf of the Town.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
