Resolution Acknowleding Appointment Of Deputy Town Supervisor To The Town Of Wappinger
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 9, 2017.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Fenton and seconded by Councilman
Ciccarelli.
WHEREAS, the Town Supervisor is authorized to appoint a Deputy Town Supervisor; and
WHEREAS, Lori A. Jiava, Supervisor of the Town of Wappinger, has elected to appoint
William H. Beale as her Deputy Town Supervisor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board acknowledges the appointment of William H. Beale as Deputy Town
Supervisor by Lori A. Jiava, Supervisor of the Town of Wappinger effective January 1, 2017 through
December 31, 2017.
The Town Board hereby confirms the salary of the Deputy Town Supervisor as set forth in the 2017
adopted budget which is to be paid in 52 weekly installments retroactive to and commencing on January
1, 2017.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
