Resolution Acknowledging Appointment Of Confidential Personal Secretary To The Town
Supervisor
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 9, 2017.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Fenton and seconded by Councilman
Ciccarelli.
WHEREAS,the Town Supervisor is authorized to appoint a Confidential Personal Secretary; and
WHEREAS, Supervisor Lori A. Jiava has elected to appoint Inez Maldonado as her Confidential
Personal Secretary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board acknowledges the appointment by Supervisor Lori A. Jiava of Inez
Maldonado as the Confidential Personal Secretary to the Supervisor.
The Town Board hereby confirms the salary of the Confidential Personal Secretary to the Supervisor as
set forth in the 2017 adopted budget which salary is to be paid in 52 weekly installments retroactive to
and commencing on January 1, 2017.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
