Resolution Appointing Members To Town Of Wappinger Planning Board
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 9,
2017.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Ciccarelli and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, Francis A. Malafronte's term as a Member of the Planning Board expired
December 31, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board is desirous of appointing
as a Member to the Planning Board for a seven (7) year term with the term expiring on December 31,
2023; and
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
The Town Board hereby appoints as a Member to the
Planning Board for a seven(7)year term with the term expiring on December 31, 2023.
