Town of Wappinger Municipal Resolution
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
30, 2017.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Kuzmicz.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger is applying to the Hudson River Valley Greenway for a grant
under the Greenway Communities Grant Program for a project entitled Wappinger Greenway Trail
Restoration to be located in Wappingers Falls,
WHEREAS, the grant application requires the applicant municipality to obtain the
approval/endorsement of the governing body of the municipality or municipalities in which the
project will be located;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the governing board of the Town of Wappinger hereby
does approve and endorse the application for a grant under the Greenway Communities Grant
Program, for a project known as Wappinger Greenway Trail and located within this community.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
