Resolution to Execute Contracts for the Town Recreation Department Summer Concert Series
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held
at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February 27, 2017.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the
following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by Councilman
Ciccarelli.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Recreation Department has submitted six contracts for
consideration by the Town Board relative to the 2016 Summer Concert Series, copies of which are affixed
hereto; and
WHEREAS, the proposed contracts are as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby approves the performers and the costs associated with each performer
and authorizes Supervisor Lori A. Jiava to sign the contracts on behalf of the Town and forward a copy of the
contracts to the respective performer for signature.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
