Authorizes the Submission of an Application to New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation to
complete the projects titled "Woodhill Green Condominiums Connection to Village of Wappingers Falls
Water System" and "Untied Wappinger Water District Emergency Interconnection to Town of
Poughkeepsie Water System and Village of Wappingers Water System"
At a Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held
at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on June 14, 2017.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Councilman Kuzmicz.
Whereas, the Town of Wappinger seeks to complete the projects titled "Woodhill Green Condominiums
Connection to Village of Wappingers Falls Water System" and "Untied Wappinger Water District Emergency
Interconnection to Town of Poughkeepsie Water System and Village of Wappingers Water System"
Be it Resolved,that this governing board authorizes expenditures for these aforementioned projects.
Be it Further Resolved, that this governing board authorizes the submission of an application to New York
State Environmental Facilities Corporation.
