Resolution Authorizing Supervisor To Endorse The Municipal Compliance Certification
(Mcc) In The 2015 Annual Ms4 Report
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on May 9,
2016.
The meeting was called to order by Lori A. Jiava, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Ciccarelli.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger is required to file an annual MS4 Report; and
WHEREAS the Town of Wappinger has retained the services of Stormwater
Management Consultants, Inc. (SMC), for the purposes of assisting the Town in the preparation
of the annual MS4 Report; and
WHEREAS, the Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) 2015 Annual Report for
March 10, 2015 through March 9, 2016 dated April 1, 2016 has been submitted to the Town of
Wappinger for endorsement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth
and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board has reviewed the SWMP Annual Report with Walter R. Artus,
CPESC, CMS4S of SMC on May 9, 2016.
3. Walter R. Artus has fully explained the contents and details of the SWMP Annual
Report and answered all questions presented by the Town Board.
4. The Town Board, after due deliberation, hereby authorizes and directs the
Supervisor to execute the certification for the SWMP 2015 Annual Report for the period of
March 10, 2015 through March 9, 2016.
5. The Town Board directs the Town Supervisor and SMC to file the SWMP 2015
Annual Report with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
The Town Board further directs that a copy of the SWMP 2015 Annual Report shall be filed in
the Town Clerk's Office where it shall be available for public inspection and that an electronic
copy of the Report shall be posted on the Town of Wappinger website.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
