Setting Salary For Deputy Highway Superintendent
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
22, 2018.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Johnston.
WHEREAS, the Town Highway Superintendent is authorized to appoint a Deputy
Highway Superintendent; and
WHEREAS, Highway Superintendent Vincent Bettina of the Town of Wappinger, has
appointed Frank Greggo as his Deputy Highway Superintendent.
WHEREAS, that Frank Greggo has been appointed as Deputy Highway Superintendent
of the Town of Wappinger for calendar year 2018.
BE IT RESOLVED, that said Frank Greggo shall receive salary of $55,000 and that said
salary shall be payable in 52 weekly installments retroactive to and commencing on January 1,
2018.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
