At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February
26, 2018.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilwoman Bettina.
WHEREAS, Francis Malafronte was previously appointed to the Planning Board and his
term expired on December 31, 2016 and the Town Board has not made an appointment to fill the
vacant seat which appointment would expire December 31, 2023; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
The Town Board hereby appoints Robert Ceru of 7 Kendall Drive, Wappingers Falls, NY as a
Member to the Planning Board to fill the vacant seat which term expires December 31, 2023.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
