Resolution Appointing Member To Town Of Wappinger Planning Board
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February
26, 2018.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, June Visconti was previously appointed to the Planning Board for a seven (7) year
term expiring December 31, 2017, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Planning Board for a seven (7) year term expiring
December 31, 2024, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
The Town Board hereby appoints J. Christopher Phillips of 16 Robin Lane, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590
as a Member to the Planning Board to fill the seven (7) year term of the seat previously held by June
Visconti which seven (7) year term is due to expire on December 31, 2024.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
