At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Johnston and seconded by
Councilman Kuzmicz.
WHEREAS, the term of Richard Travis as a Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals expired on
December 31, 2017; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
The Town Board hereby appoints Thomas Dellacorte of 1 Booth Boulevard, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590
as a Member to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a five (5) year term with the term expiring on December
22, 2022.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
