The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Johnston.
WHEREAS, Robert Johnston resigned as a Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals leaving a
vacancy on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the unexpired term which term is due to expire on December
31, 2018; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
The Town Board hereby appoints Robert Haas of 65 DeGarmo Hills Road, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590
as a Member to the Zoning Board of Appeals to fill the unexpired term of Robert Johnston which term is
due to expire on December 31, 2018.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
