This is to advise that I have inspected the finished road and drainage system for
Alfreda Drive in the Lee Knolls Subdivision, located on the north side of Ketchamtown
Road.
Based on the inspections performed, I hereby certify that the road and drainage
improvements have been constructed in substantial conformance with the approved plans.

RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE RENAMING OF
LEE KNOLLS 9 LOT SUBDIVISION TO ALFREDA DRIVE
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York held.at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 2P
day of November, 2002, at 7:30 P.M
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmen - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Christopher J. Colsey
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Cols ey and seconded by
Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS,Mark Liebermann, Fire Inspector to the Town of Wappinger, has requested
that the Lee Knolls 9 lot Subdivision(Tax Grid No. 6157-01-093508)be renamed to AYxeda
Drive by written request dated October 25, 2002 to the Town Supervisor Joseph Ruggiero.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
I
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby renames the Lee Knolls 9 lot Subdivision(Tax Grid No.
6157-01-093508)to Alfreda Drive in accordance with the written request dated October 25, 2002

from Mark Liebermann, Fire Inspector to the Town of Wappinger, to the Honorable Joseph
Ruggiero.
3. Mark Liebermann, Fire Inspector to the Town of Wappinger, is hereby directed to
renumber the properties along Alfreda Drive accordingly.
4. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Dutchess County Enhanced 911

program of said road name change.
