This office and the Highway Superintendent have performed a final inspection of the
road in this subdivision, and recommend that the road and its related infrastructure are ready for
initial acceptance by the Town Board,with a one-year maintenance bond as follows-
The original performance bond calculation was made by J.r0aggl, and the initial bond
was for the amount of$218,683. This office recommends that the maintenance bond amount
should be 20% of the initial project bond amount and should be $43,737 (note that all amounts
are rounded to the nearest whole dollar).

Attached is a request from Jeff Morgan asking the Town to accept Morgan Court
as a town road.
I have inspected this road with Bob Gray, Engineer to the Town and feel the road
has been built to our Town specifications and we should accept the road.

to accept the road known as Morgan Court into their inventory.
It is my understanding the conditions have been met for the town acceptance by you and
the Town Engineer.

taken care of.

Dear Mr. Pitman,
As we have asked in the past in previous letters, and told in person by myself many times,your two
block columns have to be removed now. We have given you plenty of time to move them on your own.
We are being told that they have to go by the Town Highway Superintendent, Graham Foster. Please
see the enclosed letter.
Between the date of this letter and November 2nd you will have time to remove them on your own.
After that they will be removed from their current location and pushed off the town property easement
on your property. This will be your final notice on this matter.
Remember you were told that these columns were not in compliance when you put them up and you
ignored the warning.
This is not personal and I am sorry that this is the way it is but it is business when the Town of
Wappinger and there attorney is telling us that these columns are on town property and have to be
removed.
