At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on May 14, 2018.

WHEREAS, by Resolution 2017-165 adopted by the Town Board on October 10, 2017, the
Town Board awarded a bid to C. McGovern Plumbing Corp. (Plumbing Construction Contract) in the
amount of $69,452.00 for renovations to be made to the Emergency Services Building; and
WHEREAS, the Engineers to the Town, Morris Associates Engineering & Surveying
Consultants, PLLC, by letter dated May 14, 2018, a copy of which is attached hereto, have approved
Change Order No. 1, which will result in a new contract price of $73,432.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
The Town Board hereby approves Change Order No. 1, which increases the total contract price by the
amount of $3,980.00, resulting in a new contract price of $73,432.00, a copy of which Change Order is
attached hereto.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
