At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on May 30,
2018.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to pursue Grants for various water and sewer
infrastructure projects. Wildwood Sewer Connections; UWWD & Woodhill Water Connections
to Village of Wappingers Falls Water; & UWWD Water Connection to Town of Poughkeepsie
WHEREAS, an Environmental Review is required; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to act as Lead Agency for the purposes of
Environmental Review (SEQRA)
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger hereby declares its intent to serve as Lead Agency and circulate a Notice of this
Intent to the other involved agencies.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
