Resolution Authorizing Refund Of Escrow For Randolph School
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on June 25,
2018.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, on or about April 12, 2018 the Randolph School deposited Two
Thousand Dollars ($2,000) in escrow with the Town of Wappinger to insure the completion of
landscaping and pavement required by a resolution of site plan approval; and
WHEREAS, the improvements have been installed and approved by the Town of
Wappinger; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has made a request to have the escrow balance refunded;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
The Town Board hereby authorizes a refund to Randolph School in the amount of Two
Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) from escrow account for building permit 2017-0154.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
