All that certain street, fifty feet in width shown on a map entitled,
"Subdivision of Section No. 2 - snug Harbor Hill - Kenneth R. Mac Ghee-
owner" filed in the office of the clerk of Dutchess County on November
2, 1961 as map #30011 situate in the Town of Wappinger, County of
Dutchess, State of New York and being more accurately bounded and des-
cribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the southwesterly line of the herein described
road; said point of beginning marking the most northerly corner of
Lot No. 12 as shown on the above mentioned map of "Subdivision of
Section No. 2 - Snug Harbor Hill"; thence along the southwesterly line
of the herein described road on the following four courses and dis-
tances: (i) South 53056'3011 East 24.91 feet to a point of curvature;
(2) on a curve to the right having a radius of 459.64 feet for a dis-
tance of 158.42 feet to a point of tangency; (3) South 340 111 4011
East 33.43 feet to a point of curvature; (4) on a curve to the right
having a radius of 25.00 feet for a distance of 39.27 feet to the
northwesterly line of Vandewater Drive; thence along the northwesterly
