The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by Supervisor
Thurston.
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Town to send the Highway Superintendent and his
deputies to seminars and training sessions regarding new adopted regulations and new methods for
maintaining highways; and
WHEREAS, the 2018 budget reduced the annual appropriation for this training from $3,700 to
$2,200; and
WHEREAS, training of the Deputy Highway Superintendent received no funding in the 2018
budget appropriations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
The Town Board hereby authorizes the following budget line transfers:
