At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on July 23,
2018.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Johnston.
WHEREAS, the City of Beacon, Town of East Fishkill, Town of Fishkill, Village of Fishkill,
Town of Wappinger (TOW), and the Village of Wappingers Falls are hereby referred to as
participants in the above named agreement; and
WHEREAS, the TOW Supervisor and the TOW Board are interested in entering into such
agreement; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the annexed Memorandum of Understanding is
hereby accepted and approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Supervisor be and hereby is authorized to execute the
Memorandum of Understanding with the above named municipalities
