At a Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on October 15, 2018.

WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger is participating in the 2019 Dutchess County Community
Development Block Grant Consortium; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board conducted a public hearing on October 15, 2018 to receive input
from citizens and groups regarding the Dutchess County Community Development Block Grant; and
WHEREAS, an application has been prepared in accordance with the concerns of our community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The Town Board hereby approves the 2019 application to the Dutchess County Community
Development Block Grant Program for the Town of Wappinger, including the certifications therein.
The Town Board hereby authorizes the submission of the application to the Dutchess County Department
of Planning and Development.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows
