1. Motion To: Adopt the Agenda
Agenda was amended to include a resolution swapping out Valley Road in place of Woodland
Court for milling and Paving on the recently approved 284 Highway Agreement.

2. Motion To: Allow Highway Superintendent to Move Forward on the Project on Valley Road
A water main break was repaired by water and sewer professionals at Camo Pollution control.
Highway needs to mill and pave Valley Road in place of Woodland cost. Savings will be
realized because the Miller is in the area at Lormar Ct. Vince added that striping will occur at
the end of October, weather permitting
