The property resides at the southeast corner of the intersection of DeGarmo Hill Road and State Route 376. The owner is contemplating a subdivision of his parcel and there arises the question as if central water services are available. The tax map shows the parcel being incorporated within the bounds of a water district and in speaking with the owner, his tax bills have reflected being within the district. Upon your receipt, we would ask that some correspondence be drafted informing us as to whether water is available to serve the proposed subdivision.
