Resolution Establishing Wages For Armed Court Officers Employed By Town Of Wappinger
At a Reorganization Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 7, 2019.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the
following was recorded:

in the Town hall and yearly establishes the wage scale for each of said employees;
and
WHEREAS, the Town Board hereby establishes the salary/wage
scale for the Armed Court Officers as
hereinafter identified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger employs Armed Court Officers to protect the Justices and the court process
in the Town hall and yearly establishes the wage scale for each of said employees;
and
WHEREAS, the Town Board hereby establishes the salary/wage
scale for the Armed Court Officers as
hereinafter identified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
I. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution
as if fully set forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby establishes the salary/wage scale
for the following Armed Court Officers
employed by the Town of Wappinger and not covered under Union Contract as
hereinafter set forth:
