York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 7, 2019.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the annual salaries for calendar year 2019 for the following named elected
Town Officials be in the same hereby are fixed and established at the following rates in accordance with the
duly adopted budget of the Town of Wappinger for calendar year 2019, retroactive to January 1, 2019:

thereafter for the remainder of the 2019 calendar year.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
