Board Of Appeals And Various Departments And Agencies Including Tax Certiority For
Calendar Year 2019
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
14, 2019.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Johnston.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the firm of Wallace and Wallace he hereby employed and
retained for the purposes of furnishing to the Town Board, the Zoning Board of Appeals, and the
Town's officers, departments and agencies, such legal advice and services as may be required by
the Town Board and Zoning Board of Appeals and the Town's various departments and agencies
including Tax Certiority during calendar year 2019; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said the firm of Wallace and Wallace shall be paid
in accordance with the engagement letter submitted to the Town Board.
