2019-392019-39 Resolution Employing Conflict Engineering Services At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 14, 2019. BE IT RESOLVED, that Lawrence J. Paggi, PE, PC be, and hereby is employed and retained as the conflict engineer, whenever Clark, Patterson, and Lee Firm is unable to provide engineering services because of professional conflict until June 30, 2019; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Greg Bolnar from Clark, Paterson who has previously provided services under the auspices of a special project known as the Challenger Field at the Robinson Lane Recreational Park that he still be assigned to any work having to do with the Challenger Field. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Lawrence J. Paggi, PE, PC shall be paid for such services in accordance with their engagement letter addressed to the Town Board.
