Appointment of Christopher Phillips to Councilman of Ward 3
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
28, 2019.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilwoman Bettina.
By floor resolution, Christopher Phillips was appointed to the Town Board as Councilman Ward
3. He was sworn in by Joseph P. Paoloni, the Town Clerk, and was registered in the records of
the town under the Oaths of Office. He submitted his resignation letter from the planning board
which was placed in the Correspondence Log for the next meeting and was subsequntly Sworn
in.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows
